ATHENA Announces 2022 Program Recipients
ERIE, Pa., April 22 — ATHENA Powerlink® announced its recipients of the 2022 ATHENA Powerlink® Program today. This year’s winners include The Juice Jar, Victoria Inn Bed and Breakfast, Allison Price Health and Wellness LLC, and Tipsy Bean.
Each of these awardees will receive an ATHENA PowerLink® Advisory Panel of Business Professionals for 2022. The Advisory Panel works with the business owner for one year, free of charge. The panel, which can include everyone from lawyers and bankers to accountants and marketing professionals, help each woman with her individual needs to help grow her business. In its 22nd year, ATHENA PowerLink® has worked with 60 women-owned businesses to address issues like marketing, cash flow, and growth projections.
Linda Stevenson, chair of the ATHENA PowerLink® Governing Body commented, “With ATHENA PowerLink®, local women entrepreneurs have greater access to valuable resources that will help them continue to achieve their business objectives.”
Additionally, Erie ATHENA PowerLink® will be joining forces with the Pittsburgh Powerlink program for the first time. By participating in a pilot program with Pittsburgh Powerlink and ATHENA International, Erie businesses will have the opportunity to take advantage of a broader range of local and national professional advisers provided through Pittsburgh’s Community Advisory Powerlink program.
