The first in the two-part seminar series on Developing Your HR Playbook was recently held and was extremely helpful to the attendees. Bryan Whittington of Peak Performance Management conducted an informative and engaging session talking with the group about interview processes and asking the right questions, the cost of a bad hire, where to post open positions for maximum exposure (plug here for the ERCGP Job Bank), identifying must-have's and nice to's and so much more.
